About these Terms
Zeggai is operated by FitConnect Technologies LLC, established in the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), Qatar. By creating an account or using Zeggai, you agree to these Terms. If you use Zeggai for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login details, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security controls.
Free trial and usage limits
The current Free Trial lasts 14 days and supports up to 5 stores, 20 uploads per calendar month, 30 analysis runs per calendar month, and 10 reports per calendar month. Limits may be displayed in the service.
When the trial expires, feature-gated uploads, analysis, and reports become unavailable unless an active plan is provided. Trial expiry does not automatically delete your account or business data.
Paid subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Zeggai does not currently process paid subscriptions through the service. Prices shown before paid billing is launched are illustrative and do not create a payment obligation.
If paid plans are introduced, the final price, billing period, renewal terms, payment method, cancellation effective date, and access after cancellation will be presented before you purchase. You will be able to cancel at any time, subject to the effective timing shown for the purchased plan.
Payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate for a billing error or material service issue. Zeggai does not currently operate an automated refund workflow.
You may stop using the current Free Trial at any time and may contact support@zeggai.com about account access or closure.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant FitConnect Technologies LLC a limited permission to host, copy, parse, validate, structure, analyse, and display that data as necessary to provide, secure, and support Zeggai.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload the data. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files, or personal information that is unnecessary for retail analysis.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits, or tenant boundaries.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use Zeggai to infringe rights, break the law, distribute malware, or process data without authority.
- Do not resell or provide unauthorised access to the service.
Automated analytics and recommendations
Zeggai provides automated calculations, estimates, alerts, recommendations, and reports based on the data available to it. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision.
Zeggai is a decision-support tool and does not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking source data, verifying outputs, and making business decisions. We do not guarantee profit, savings, recovery, revenue, or any other outcome.
Our intellectual property
FitConnect Technologies LLC and its licensors retain rights in Zeggai, including its software, design, documentation, branding, and underlying methods. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes while your access remains active.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep Zeggai available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, improve, change, or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects active users, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zeggai is provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FitConnect Technologies LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made solely from automated outputs. Any limitation will be applied fairly and in light of the service supplied and applicable mandatory rights.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, applicable requirements, or our operating practices change. We will publish the updated version and date on this page and take reasonable steps to communicate material changes to active users.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Qatar Financial Centre.
Please contact support@zeggai.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the courts or dispute-resolution bodies having jurisdiction under the applicable laws and regulations of the Qatar Financial Centre.
